Fug NATAL:

Yes, I know it's and ad, and biased, but he raises a good point. How do you play a shooter on NATAL without buttons?

I'm sure there'll have to be some controls involved. Fine movement like fingers would be iffy.

I thought the newer consoles dropped this feature completely?

Which feature?

This is not true at all. All models can connect out of the box The controllers use AA batteries; there are battery packs available that can be plugged into the system and recharged.

The same can be said about the Wii. Out of the box, PS3 controllers are rechargeable

If you mean PSX and PS2 capability with the PS3, then yeah they did. Only the old 60 gig & 20 GB PS3's had it.

I'm pretty sure (not 100% certain) the all PS3's play PS one games, I know the 20GB and 60GB models were the most backwards capable systems. The 80GB with four USB slots were backwards compatible with about 80% of PS2 titles. The 40GB, 80GB with two USB slots, and slim models dropped the PS2 capabilities.

As far as Natal, rumors are that it's going to be pricy compared to Nintendo and Sony

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're 100% correct, but I do know for sure if you see any PS3 with 4 USB slots then you pretty much already know it has BC.

And about that rumor..I wouldn't doubt that, since it's provided by Microsoft.

I only throw out the rumor bit because if it releases cheaper someone will bump this thread with
