It sucks that Davies didn't make the preliminary roster. He got severely injured, came back from it but wasn't cleared medically, so he can't play. The world cup only comes around every four years. So I couldn't imagine how he feels right now.

Anyways, England cut their roster down to 23 today.

The seven players dropped following a 30-man training camp were Walcott, Darren Bent, Tom Huddlestone, Adam Johnson, Scott Parker, Michael Dawson and Leighton Baines.

I love how Heskey is on the team over Bent. Capello must be on acid.
