Yes, some are.

And yes, I tried it a few times 20 years ago. But I'm not worried about it because of the statue of limitations.

Not worth it. About 10 years ago I got busted with about 125 hits of liquid. Had it MANY times. Its ok in the right atmosphere but if your going to trip for the first time stay home. But again its not that great. Shrooms are much cleaner. But this is knowledge from years ago. Dont know how stuff is these days.

It was fun for the first couple trips but I ended up on a bad trip, plus HPPD is not fun. If your gonna trip shrooms are the way to go.
