L.A., San Antonio, Portland are the favorites. There's nowhere in the East that doesn't have a team who really wants one. Except for 2014 Jacksonville.

Salt Lake City would be a good fit for the Jaguars...Salt Lake City Jaguars...or an expansion team. A good name for an expansion team would be the Blazers or Pirates...

also, another random question, what players would be put in an expansion draft as of now?

Here's the Wiki on Houston's draft I imagine rules would be similar.

As for the cities, I'd say San Antonio, Portland, Salt Lake would be likely targets, with OKC as a sleeper.
