Ummm, is it time to get out of the market again?

I am still calling for the "double dip" although not terrible news seems to be coming out around the US economy. I don't think there is much upside to equities over the next decade frankly. given a sideways market you could make some money on the dips and peaks.

Keep in mind the main driver of equities in the US has been the strength of the dollar. If you have a view on the dollar over the next year do the opposite with equities...

I just covered my double short Nasdaq position today.

I have one stock right now I am playing. I am following mining and biotech. Alos keeping an eye on high dividend stocks such as utilities.

Remember the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent!

If you didn't get out at least 5 weeks ago, you would be a fool to sell ANYTHING today. Let some of it come back and think about it.

I agree with Happy. Might be a long time to get back to Oct 08 #'s of the Dow. But I don't sweat that stuff.

Making money is making money. If you get into the returns and % too much you either second guess or have too much buyers remorse/regret and it's not worth it.

Nasdaq issued a statement two hours after the market closed saying it was canceling trades that were executed between 2:40 p.m. and 3 p.m. that it called clearly erroneous. It did not, however, mention a cause of the plunge.

I had a limit buy order trigger when the nasdaq popped down 150 today. Better not erase it fuggers
