Minicamp: Saturday Observations

Mr. Scot

Mr. Scot do you have a chance to see Fiammetta's drills?

I know it's nothing to see from a FB in 'non pads' sessions but i'm intrigued by the fact they drafted the best FB of 2009 class (Fiammetta) and they signed the best FB of 2010 class (Rashawn Jackson) as an UDFA...

Nice read BTW ;)

Fiammetta caught some passes coming out of the backfield. Saw Jackson, but didn't see anything stand out.

Again though, only minicamp. Fullback is another position that's tough to judge in a non-contact environment.

Great stuff as always Mr. Scot.

You said that the teams looked "off" today. How does the team look compared to years past after the first couple of practices?

For the time of year it is, the restrictions of a minicamp, and the fact that we saw more than average turnover on the roster this offseason, "a little off" is no great surprise. Nor should it be a major concern.

Thanks. That's pretty much what I had assumed, but thought it best to ask the question of the "Mr. Scot" instead of assuming. Thanks for all the insight and great write ups!

DemBirds, that is the most drawn out sig, the whole Kanye thing, it is a ginormous run on sentence that isnt even that amusing

Well, sure, 9 months later it's not as funny. But I don't care enough to change it. ...and it would have never been that funny to you, but to me, it's hilarious. And I've actually gotten messages from other Panthers fan's saying it was funny.... but they still hated me.
