Honestly really hard to pick anyone other than Pryor and Carlin. no one in their league in my opinion. Cosby was a pioneer. but not the best comedian imo.

Well, for scripted standup, I'd say Pryor and Carlin are definitely in the discussion. But for improvisation, I think Robin Williams takes it hands down. His standup is ok, but when he goes off script, there's nobody better.
