In TDM you can rack up a ton of kills depending on how dumb the other team is. If they are in that spawn (not the spawn with the big tour bus) and keep going to the right and to the fountain outside of that building, you can run from left to right at the fountain picking idiots off easily. I went like 37-2 the other night and got like 2 blackbirds/chopper gunners because of people doing that.

Ghost perk. Assault rifle silencer. Two of those grenades that make it look like someone is firing on their radar. Hide. Throw one out there. Take out two noobs who run around the spot trying to figure out where the enemy is. Repeat. Killstreak

Well since the playlist update that went out last night (and Treyarch still hasn't said what it does) I've been having a lag fest with this game. Pings show good, but people obviously have a large head time on you. For giggles I set up a noob tube class tonight, and you couldn't even kill someone with a nade to the feet. I hope I'm just having bad luck, but you don't go from having a 3k/s this week to only going 3-4 positive.

I hate to say it, but I'm starting to get a bit bored with this game, it hasn't even been a month. The maps are just bad, the coloring is just boring, and already they are all repetitive. I miss the MW2 maps, and I believe they were far superior. If InfinityWard would have fixed a handful of things in MW2, we'd all be back on that right now (like a good deal of us were back on CoD4 a month after W@W).

The AK74 needs nerfed, hard. Most of my deaths are from this gun. The accuracy from shooting from the hip on this gun is stupid, and it's getting annoying. The range on it is also annoying.

And now, the worst thing, is the matchmaking. It takes 2-3 times to get a party of let's say 3-4 into a game. I can handle that though. So you play a game, and then people leave in the middle or at the end, and they NEVER replace those people. So you sometimes end up playing 5vs2 or something, which is really, really boring. Then everyone leaves at the end, minus a couple guys, and they never put more people in there. I literally have to back out with my party and find a new match. This is wasting too much time. I mean, people carve out a couple hours a night usually from work/kids/typical LIFE stuff, and they have to waste 1/4 of that time trying to find a match and/or playing against 2 people that end up camping cause they are outnumbered.

And now Treyarch is much quieter. No patch in about a week. They seem to falling into InfinityWard land.

I swear, when Breach comes out in Jan, I hope it's as awesome as it looks. I'm kind of ready for a change-up from these type of games. I'm ready for some tactical, cover-system type game.

I'm pretty excited for Breach. I just don't have the same itch for Black Ops that I had for MW2. While MW2 was plagued with problems, when it first came out there wasn't a point where I didn't want to play it. Even sitting in class I just wanted to go home and play. With this one it's just sort of a "when I have time" kind of thing. No real desire to set aside time to play. I'm stoked on Breach though. I hope it is executed well.

I just remember earlier in this thread getting rip into for calling this game out and to sort them out and let them fix things. Needless to say, the wow factor or the thing that keeps you coming back to play last 3 days for me. There are so many problems with this game that very few people can defend it other than it is new.

Black Ops checklist questionairre for people that say it is great.

How are the graphics? :"Well, they are okay not too great but not awful." Well okay..

How does it sound? "The sounds are not that good to be honest" Alrighty.

How about the matchmaking lobbies? "Sucks to wait forever to play a game" Yep, sadly IW fixed this problem faster, lol.

How is the hit detection? "Well sometimes I have to unload nearly half a clip to kill someone" Yep, and others you die instant

How are the spawns? "Pretty awful" Indeed they were when it came out, its been fixed a bit, but still bad.

How is the campaign? "Its okay but it jumps around alot and doesn't make a ton of sense but oh well"

These are all answers about 20 different people have given me when I've asked them various questions on this game. Many of them didn't play much longer afterwards cause they never stepped back to actually look at the game from a series point of view. This game is worse than CoD2 IMHO.

Then I ask them why they like it? "Because its new and a COD" This will not hold people over very long. Even with MW2 numerous problems of Commando, OMA noobtubes, Danger close tubes, and scavenger reloading tubes, the maps are better. The game has more consistant hit detection, and is more fun.

I hate I wasted my $60 for Black Ops.
