Sledgehammer games is doing the next COD.

Yea, I read that sledgehammer games is also doing the next CoD. They have also said they want to expand the Call of Duty franchise into the Action Adventure genre as well. So, it may be two CoDs released around the same time, and theirs is more of a spin-off.

What ever happened to Activision's desire for a Massively Multiplayer CoD? I figured if they made a solid enough game out of that, it's just a way for them to make even more money.

After another week of playing.. I have changed my mind.

Black ops is pretty freaking sweet.

BUT only in Hardcore mode. Regular mode fuging sucks.

I got a question.

Is there any way to download the original Zombie maps from WaW?

I know they sold in the Prestige or the Hardened edition, whatever it is called. They aren't being sold in the marketplace, I don't really understand why they aren't.

Haven't played in a couple days, getting hooked on Fifa again.

I'm guessing with something like that they want to make it worth it for the people who shelled out for the better editions by giving them some exclusivity.

They'll probably become available later, seems like awful marketing to start selling them right now.

Just got done playing like 4-5 hour session. Really digging this game. Prestiged this morning so in about 6-7 hours I got to lvl 28.

I miss my g11 and commando, but Galil at level 20 is keeping me going.

I'm liking this game much better than MW2. It's almost at the CoD4 point for me where I was always itching to play, but not quite there yet.

The maps are the worst part of this game though. If you could put this game on to MW2 maps, I think it would be INSANE fun. I'm already ready for some new maps honestly, and that's pretty bad.

I agree about the maps. It's like they decided to make the most boring, camper-friendly maps they could think of.

And I absolutely HATE Array. That map is terrible.

I played TDM on Cracked and everybody fuggin camped. Typical...agreed maps are the worst part of the game.

The only thing about campers I like is whenever I'm on Summit it tends to get cold so I find the closest camper and mooch off his campfire.

I think the only map I think is really good and enjoyable is Jungle. Crisis isn't bad. The rest are pretty boring and dull.

Jungle and Crisis are both solid. I like Firing Range and Summit as well.

i have had fun with a few of the wager matches. just started playing CTF too.

the matchmaking sucks...playing ctf today, the opossing team had all Prestige geeks, i dont think my team had 1. We got killed. And no it wasnt all a party.

and again with the pumping two rounds into someone only to get knifed...it should at least slow them, maybe like a concuss grenade...please.

Hell of a drug.

I can agree though. I unloaded full clips directly into guys just to get a single kill. I had a guy run right at me, I had my sight DIRECTLY on his chest, pumped half the clip, only to get knifed. And he didn't have lightweight.

Wager matches were cool. I liked one in the chamber a good bit, except there were a LOT of guys just kind of sitting in camp spots. I eventually got frustrated, and started moving more, only to have the rest of the lobby do the same thing, killed from behind every time. But it is fun. Brings a different element to online play, which I like.

Gun game is solid as well.
