"At The End Of The Day" Is The New "It Is What It Is"

I have read just about every article and quote from Clausen since we drafted him and it's become clear that he loves using the phrase "At The End Of The Day". No wonder Fox loves this kid so much, now they can sit in the meeting rooms and talk about how at the end of the day it is what it is.

I'm glad someone else picked up on this. It's the only thing that has annoyed me about Clausen so far. I hope someone on the team tells him he's saying it constantly.

Of course. Because sports fandom and cliches have always been joined at the hip and are one in the same.

If you can't take cliches, sports aren't for you......

All I'm saying is that you can't watch or listen to a player, coach or GM interview without hearing cliches, so if they send you into a hissy, then maybe you shouldn't watch or listen.
