I've had a foot in this wagon since about midway through the college football season this past year... I said the day of the draft, I love the pick. Either he's gonna end up a starter or he's gonna build up his value and may be moved in a couple years for some picks a la Whitehurst...

He's much better than Whitehurst. This guy has a big frame (in terms of height), good throwing power, excellent accuracy and is ridiculously mobile in the pocket from what I remember watching him.

Yes he does. I don't think a lot of fans realize just how much different it is to play in an NFL offense after being in a spread, probably through HS and college for most of these kids. Sam Bradford has a huge adjustment himself.

I think that Clausen is going to surprise some people with his ability to lead the team. Its anyone's position to take though...As long as we are winning a lot of games and contending for super bowls IDC who the QB is.
