Canes vs Vegas 7pm

Season is slipping away. Not too much faith in the boys right now.  Not the most fun hockey to watch. With that being said, the team seems to have had a heart to heart in the locker room and we kinda own Vegas in Raleigh.

Okay, cool. Vegas is better than the Canes, so there's a chance the Canes show up tonight?

Oh, and the Vegas goalie, Adin Hill, was passed on as a free agent by the Canes a couple seasons back

I would think they'll hold him until Chicago, the 1st game of a b2b on Monday, and work him in slowly.

So this is going to go one of two ways. Coochie always played his best when he was pushed by a better goaltender like Freddy. Coochie will either play incredibly well tonight or if he lets in a couple softies, the crowds gonna get really restless for Freddy.

The vast majority of fans don't follow the team like the precious few here. They may hear of Freddie's return on the sports segment of the 5PM news, but until they see him on the bench tonight...

Boy these guys are boring. They have turned into the islanders of 2022. Can’t score. No true threat. Necas is sloppy. Orlov is worse. How this game is tied is beyond me.   We just don’t have the players or the system is bad. Either one. 
 

I don’t know. Somehow get a goal in the third and hold on??  This team is unwatchable.
