For everyone saying that mags are outdated...I beg to differ. When I know that I will be sitting on the toilet for the long haul and will need some reading entertainment, since I do not bring my laptop into the bathroom, nothing beats a good sports mag. That is where the majority of my reading is done, so I would love to read the huddle mag while on the toilet. And yes that is a compliment.

Would be interesting to have a Panther mag... be nice to the get the covers signed by the players then frame them... since not many of our players get on the covers of mags... although... 35 for a year... seems a lil high... when ya can get sports illustrated for about the same

I probably wouldn't ever subscribe to a magazine by itself. I can't even remember the last time I bought a magazine. With technology where it's at today and the way it's headed, I can't ever see magazines by themselves being an attractive business opportunity. I do subscribe to Inside Carolina, which sends out a magazine, but the only reason I do that is because of the things they have on their website. Exclusive articles, in-depth interviews, etc.

If you were to do something like that, I would consider it, but not for a magazine by itself.

I doubt it would work unless it was really unique. There would have to be content that can't be had elsewhere. Remember, people come to the huddle not only for info, but to comment and interact. A mag would just be another source of info, which is already flooded on the internet.

You'd have to take some interesting angle at the team and players and run with it. Like having humorous interviews with the players or having them write articles.

I would subscribe no matter the content but that's just me. But I am with some of the others on here about being able to get the info online. IMO mixing the Panthers info with some info on the huddle tailgates, draft parties, or just general info on posters would be great. You can't find out about what Mintal did at the last tailgate on ESPN.
