So whose fault is the Harris trade?

As much as I like Chris, I am really excited to see a Godfrey/Martin backfield. Man thats an interception machine.

Agreed. I can live with not making the Big Hits if you play disciplined defense and can get the interceptions.

Definitely will be one of the more interesting Training Camps in a long while.

It's my belief that they took less than street value for Harris so he could go somewhere he wanted to.

Bullshit. This is a business. We would NOT take less than market value to please a player who was publically speaking out against the team.

Your post is a prime example of person who just does not understand that the NFL is a business.

Given the 5th round picks that were given up for some of the recent trades, it is apparent that most teams are not over valuing veteran players anymore.

They got about what they could get for him. He's not good enough to get a player and a pick or multiple picks. He's an average player. I think they will miss his leadership more than his play. He had one really good year here and that was it. He was a liability in coverage who had a big hit every now and then.

ya, i'm so glad we have the 1 interception per year machine back there to replace chris harris. if you're going to praise some aspect of godfrey's game, at least find something he's good at.
