Im happy too. Everyone is throwing LeBron under the bus, deservedly so after that performance. But now the Cavs backs are against the wall completely, the owner is calling them out publicly, and its become a forgone conclusion that the Cavs are finished. I still believe! LeBron and the Cavs in 7, thats my story and Im sticking to it. If they bounce back from this, Orlando wont have a chance next series.

I've never paid much attention to him. However, the reason I think he is useful is because he is pretty good going to the basket and he can sometimes produce even if Lebron is having a down night. I seem to a remember a game like that early in this series or later in the previous one.

Sure when the effort is there, he has the skills to make things happen.

Regardless, even when he is "on" on the offensive end, he disappears on the defensive end. Cleveland would match up better with BOS by going to Varejao or Hickson at the 4.

I've been thinking that same thing the entire series (Varejao or Hickson on KG) and I've been harping on it in this thread. Seriously, I can't count the number of times KG just turned around and shot over Jamison. Varejao is more menacing in the sense that the dude is like he is on speed and is all over you. I'm not sure how Hickson would do, but he is quick and energetic and could take the challenge.

Everyone talked about how Mike Brown would have trouble finding a rotation he liked due to all the talent. However, I think it's sort of the opposite; there are clearly some mismatches (Rondo, KG) and I think he has done a poor job of managing that (as he has the guys on the bench that can do it).

Man...they are really giving it to LeBron today...

What did you expect? If you watched the game you would know that Lebron didn't play with any sense of urgency what so ever. I joked with my friends last night that I didn't even notice he was on the court at one point. He would get the ball, be immediately d-ed up and just pass it off and stand in a corner. I have two theories about Lebron:

Theory One: I have to admit I stole this idea from Bill Simmons. Lebron is playing the 'great player greatest playoffs ever' card. Lets look at it like this. The Cavs had an awesome season. They were virtually unstoppable except when they played the Bobcats ;). Playoff time comes. Everybody expects the Cavs to run train all the way to the finals. Where is the glory in doing that? Lebron may be thinking to himself. Sure I can dominant every single game until the finals and win a championship, but what will people say about that? "Oh the Cavs were destined to win, the Jamison trade was unfair, I would have been floored if they hadn't won." So what does Lebron do to ensure his playoff championship run is one of the most memorable of all time? He half-asses some games, his elbow is all of a sudden hurt... just for the sake of making it interesitng and for cementing himself in the history books. Look we all remember the Spurs titles, but weren't the Bulls and Jordans so much more memorable? Lebron has and will always want to be one of the greatest. You don't do that by necessarily winning every game, you do it by making sure everyone know the odds you overcame to be the best. This would explain everything Lebron has done so far in the Playoffs, where he dominates one game then seems to take one off. If this theory is true mark my words He will absolutely dominate game 6 and 7.

Theory 2: Lebron really is hurt and really can't shoot right now. He also realizes his supporting cast in Cleveland is poo. Heck the Bulls gave his team a slight run for their money. The BULLs! Lebron watches as Dwight Horward and Kobe rely on their teams when they are hurt or out of the game. Lebron can't do that. He has to be number one all the time. I don't care what he says, no one can do it all. Even Jordan (the greatest of all time undisputed) had a decent supporting cast. So what is Lebron doing? Giving up. He is done in Cleveland. He could be on so many other teams and have better players around him, why stay on a sinking ship also known as the Cavs?

Both theories are actually pretty valid. Although number two seems more likely, Lebron has always been one to like to surprise people. Either way this next game decideds Lebron's future as a Cavalier and as a player.

Everyone (myself included ) is so concerned with how Lebron is playing right now. The fact of the matter is the Celtics just look like the better team right now. They are hitting shots consistenly and are just out-playing the Cavs. Lebron is going to have to have a monster night for the Cavs to win.

P.S. I hate Mo Williams, its a good thing I'm not a Cavs fan otherwise I would consistenly be in a bad mood.

Case and point ....Why the hell you don't pass to Lebron in transition I will never know
