NFL Network Grades the NFC South's Draft

Yeah, it's Woodson and Sapp blowing each other over how great the Bucs draft was and then trashing us for drafting Clausen (a potential franchise QB) instead of replacing Peppers (obviously they forgot why we didn't have a 1st round pick this year) or finding any weapons on offense (nevermind Lafell, Edwards).

If these guys can't even do 5 mins of research to figure out what they're talking about then they shouldn't bother.

It didn't hurt that the Bucs had higher picks than the rest of us. I think for picking last in almost every round the Saints had a good draft, it may not be flashy right now, but if you give it a few years you'll see what Sean Payton and Mickey Loomis did

i just watched it 'fore i took a gander here. their reasoning was as follows. they think going from delhomme to clausen is a downgrade. they don't like that we drafted wide receivers because it's not a certainty any drafted receiver will be good. they think we waited to far down in the draft to replace peppers. obviously they've never heard of everette brown, who was technically a part of this draft, and they don't know anything about greg hardy who is pretty much a semi-peppers clone if he lives up to his potential. what defensive end did they want us to draft?? who really replaces julius peppers, honestly?

i've seen a lot of analyses of our draft, but that had to be the worst. it's almost like they know nothing about football or the panthers' roster at all. i have a ton of respect for woodson and sapp and their football knowledge, but they must've been drunk when they wrote that stuff up.

Its f**king hilarious because everytime rod woodson and NFLN look at the panthers they always used to talk about our QB problem and how we dont address it now we address it, get more speed at wr, and we get a D+?

all drafted receivers are too risky. didn't you listen to woodson??

I just watched the link now because I didn't have much time earlier.. Here are my thoughts

They got the two biggest f**king idiots that are on the NFL network being Rod Woodson and Warren Sapp.. Me and my friends occasionally discuss what f**king idiots these guys are and are by far our most hated analysts on the network. Giving us a D? Robert Downey Junior stated in Tropic Thunder to "Never go full retard." And my goodness boys these two did. I will agree and say that Tampa had a good draft. I don't think there is any denying that. Bud a "D" for us? I must say I got a good laugh out of that. Woodson can suck on my balls... Two times. Piece of poo.

The analysis of the Panthers' draft has been so stupid, if you put Everette Brown in this draft and we take him with the pick we traded anyway, then it's technically perfect. Replacement for Peppers, Replacement for Delhomme, Replacement for Moose, depth at linebacker and in the secondary.

Peppers has been replaced. It's not like there's ever a rookie who's a 10+ sack artist in their first year available after the 2nd round anyway.

lol I just watched that. I find it f**king hilarious he says "they didn't replace Peppers until the 6th round."

whatever, it's obvious they haven't followed the Panthers and don't know what our depth chart is. I could make a big post about it but w/e, I'll just leave it with:

Exactly. Like a good team, we replaced Peppers BEFORE having to in this draft. Johnson and Brown are the replacements.
