i don't know why or how anyone can drink that piss. a friend bought me one at my bachelor party, and I didn't even taste it. the only time i have had it in fact was when I used to go to Ziggy's in Winston. they had tall boys for a dollar if i remember right, and i had one or two before i decided never again.

It's more ritual than anything....from my college days. I can understand you aversion to PBR. On a regular basis, I actually prefer most Belgian style beers these days...duppels, tripels, abbeys, and farmhouse ales. Pisgah Brewing in Black Mtn., NC makes an excellent organic tripel called Summer Solstace. Game days require multiple beers and a tripel at an average of 10% abv is difficult to pull off...especially when you're downing wings, burgers, or brats.

If it's not a micro, then High Life, PBR, or Sam Adams. They are the only macro's worth the price.

Anything Light ( Miller Lite, Bud Light, Coors Light, Keystone Light).. I have to be somewhat drunk to watch the Panthers in the playoff. Last game of the regular season almost gave me a heart attack, so I need to be relaxed.
