Bryce needs to seriously start strength training in the off-season.  Squats, Bench, Deadlifts.

I don’t know how he made it through Alabama without a serious regime like his QB predecessors.

Why is that?  He seems to be doing just fine running, escaping, throwing.

benching is not good for QBs anyway, way too much risk of hurting your shoulders or impacting your arm flexibility

We've spent years complaining about the team having loads of injuries.

For the longest time it was under Ryan Vermillion, who it later turned out was doing some shady stuff on the side.

Althoff was hired by Matt Rhule.

Tell that to Jalen Hurts, Kyler Murray, Tua…if you’re small, you need to be strong.

People are worried about Jayden Daniels’ durability, but not Josh Allen or Baker Mayfield trucking dudes every week?

I like Bryce’s trajectory, but he absolutely has to hit the weight room.  All football players need to hit the weight room, and he is absolutely enemy #1.  He can’t get taller but has to get bigger and stronger.

I’m not sure how a strength and conditioning coach can prevent things like a broken ankle or a torn ACL, it feels a bit like a scapegoat to me.

As fans, we often look for simple solutions to problems, but I don’t think the number of injuries we’ve had is something that can be easily fixed but what do I know?
