From where the OL’s blue stripe is and Allen having the ball in his left arm (can see that from the other side), he looks like he got to the line. Also, Kincaid caught the ball and fell on the line. Looked like he almost got there or did get there but look at the blue line of scrimmage. Had they not spotted Kincaid way shorter, Allen makes it easily.

Huge play that the refs gave to KC by spotting it short and then going to replay. Basically means there has to be indisputable evidence to overturn. Two straight poor spots and they get shafted IMHO. If KC wins, it’ll be because of those two spots both clearly benefiting KC.

I already said that I personally thought he did get to the line, but only BARELY.

But that's what that is, my opinion, there wasn't a single piece of clear video evidence that he got there, so you have to stick with the call on the field.

In the end, if he got there, it was by literally only a couple of inches and neither ref was ever going to actually be able tell exactly where the ball was, if this isn't the Chiefs in this type of game, nobody takes issue with the call and subsequent replay, it's what happens in plays THAT close.

Neither ref could actually see the ball, we literally couldn't even see the ball on the camera angle down the line that is like 10 feet in the air, because there were too many bodies in the way.

Do you really think the 5'8" ref standing on the field is going to be able to see that ball with all those 6'5" linemen surrounding the play like that?!?!?!

Want to argue for chips in the ball all you want, but there was nothing different in that play than any other spotting of the ball in every single NFL game, it wasn't the refs giving anything to KC, you just sound crazy saying things like that.

The refs not actually seeing a play but making a call in favor of one team is the very definition of bias.

or, you know, they made the call they thought they saw on the field

Just because it went one way, doesn't mean there was bias involved, not everything is some big conspiracy theory

The problem with this is one ref spotted that Allen made it. Why did that ref’s spot not overrule the other’s?

    • Would prefer a little more beef, but wouldn't hate it at all.
    • The lack of play action was Buffalo's downfall. They were running all over the Chiefs for several drives, then the Chiefs adjusted and the Bills thought running it would just keep working. I didn't see a single play action play in the 2nd half, when it easily would've converted those 3rd and 4th and shorts that they got stuffed on. Also, on the final drive, they completely abandoned the run and called 4 straight passes, all telegraphed.    Joe Brady really did a great job with the Bills' O all year, but man he fell flat on his face when it mattered most. That said, Reid and Spags have made a million coaches look stupid over the years, as much as some may want to blame McDermott/Brady, Andy and his crew are just better and there really aren't many (any?) who can keep up with them.
