NFL Playoffs

Only way to beat Mahomes now is to give him the Cam Newton treatment and headhunt him like Denver did in SB 50.

The only difference is the refs will throw the flags but if they rattle the guy into mistakes and getting frustrated that’s a win.

Can't touch him.  NFL stock goes down.  Greed is the real Super Bowl Champ

I was gonna ask how Stroud looked in the game but it sounds like it wasn't a great showing.

I did see that Mongolian cluster $#@& of the last red zone appearance and field goal attempt.

He wasn't terrible, but it was a combination of bad oline play, and him holding on to the ball to long.  I thought they should have run the ball a little more.  Mixon had a good game, and a few more runs might have slowed the pass rush down a little bit.

About half the sacks came in the last 15-18 minutes.  KC turned up the defensive heat and the Texans had  no answer.

Maybe now we'll get to watch an actual real football game and not a WWE level sham because the NFL has a financial interest to pre-determine the winner.

Not a conspiracy theorist, but I do think the NFL would "prefer" to see the Lions, Eagles and Bills win the remaining games.

Another Mahomes-Allen championship game would certainly be a ratings bonanza.

I've noticed the Bobby Slowik head coaching train seems to have derailed this year.

I think all this conspiracy stuff is just so much bull.

No one will ever convince me that the NFL helps any franchise when the two most popular franchises haven't seen a SB in 15 years.  In fact, I don't think the Steelers or Cowboys have made a championship game in that amount of time, but I am not sure about that.

So just because the Cowboys and Steelers don't have current dynasties you don't believe it?

Ok, just go ahead and ignore all the horseshit calls that the Patriots and now the Chiefs get. They literally made a new rule after Brady went down that year.

It's not about helping old dynasties. It's about maintaining the current one.

Every decade has had a dynasty franchise. Is that coincidence?

I checked and after the Mixon touchdown, the Texans ran the ball one time for the remainder of the game. It's almost like after the Fairbairn missed XP, the offense played as though they were down multiple scores.

Texans have an elite defense and a really good young QB with 3 years left of reasonable cap hit. They have weapons to spare. Just need Diggs and Dell to get healthy. Improve the oline and place kicker, man up and stop making silly mistakes in the playoffs. Nobody's coming to save you. Nobody feels sorry for you.
