I don't understand why Greg Roman and the Chargers coaching staff don't utilize Herbert's elite athleticism more. Roman came from the Ravens and schemed up some good runs for Lamar it wouldn't hurt to try and mix some of that in with Herbert.

Their saving grace is that their opponents may be the better choke artists. Only the Chargers could generate four turnovers in three quarters and yet still be losing.

4-13 for 41 yards and an INT when not throwing to him. Stroud’s also made a lot of poor throws. Lucky to avoid a second INT.
