Hilarious cope in Pantherland. Bryce gets beat down by a Bucs team with terrible pass defense that couldn't even win 1 game in the wild card round and then bearly wins agaisnt the Falcons in a lame divisional game which somehow solidifies Young as the future. What a sad circlejerk Panther's fandom has evolved into.

It's all so embarrassing but at least it's entertaining.

I know, stupid Bryce, how could he give up 38 points to that crap Falcons team? He should have been plugging those A gaps and stopping Bijan from effortlessly chugging away 6-8 yards every carry. Or at the very least he could've locked down Drake London so he wasn't putting up nearly 200 yards and 2 TDs on us. Maybe if he even feined a little resistance on defense, we could have won in regulation instead of skirting by in overtime. Like seriously, Bryce, what a pathetic loser!

Or maybe you mean he could only muster up a measly 44 points to beat them. It doesn't matter that 44 points was the most any team has scored against the Falcons all year. A competent QB should have put up at least 60 and completely put the Falcons away regardless of how bad the defense was playing. What a horrific excuse for a QB. I'm with you man. What a bunch of deluded homers! *high five!*

I've never once claimed T-Mac is already a Top 5 WR, what I've said is that he's going to be considered that by the time he's ready for his 2nd contract.

And yea, I think they are pretty black and white because what I think is keeping him from even having a chance at being an elite QB is the same thing I said my problem with him before we ever drafted him, his physical limitations will always limit what his upside can be.

Which his rookie year, no matter how bad the situation was, does nothing to change his physical issues at this level.

Everyone knows what you've said about McMillan. Anyway...

Bryce's so-called limitations surely didn't look all that important during his play the latter part of the season. But, keep hating.

I guess it depends how we each view what believe in means. Do I believe he will be like Burrow and throw for 300+ to 400 yards a game to give the team a chance? No. Do I believe Bryce is good enough to be our future starting QB and win games for us? Yes. It's still too early to make any judgment, since we've only seen one bad year and one promising year out of Bryce. The good thing is it's a what have you done for me lately league and at this trajectory Bryce is on pace to make big leaps for next season. I don't know what we're arguing for? He's probably not going to be the best QB in the league, but if we coach him up, take care of him and get pieces on both sides of the ball to make his life easier we can definitely win and make the playoffs with Bryce at this current pace.

I believe he earned the job for 2025. I believe he can be the qb on a team that can compete in a weak division. Maybe he can win a playoff game. As of right now I don't believe he can win a super bowl. We've been so bad for so long now I don't care. Just be the guy that can keep us competitive a la Alex Smith until we get the guy that can win us a super bowl with the roster we build around you.

It's weird Darnold was decent all year, but all offseason everyone going to remember him sucking during playoffs, Bryce sucked all year but everyone going to remember he was decent in one throw away game.. 😆 🤣 😂

Funny how things work right? lol

He started off the year like he was not going to continue to play in this league, even as a backup. I am beyond thrilled he got to watch an aged Andy Dalton navigate the pocket, make adjustments and saw a QB play with intent. It slowed the game down for Bryce, he was able to connect the dots and quickly correct his flaws. As a Bryce critic from the draft, I saw enough this season to say he is our QB and a guy who you do want to root for.

I’m seriously curious how he sucked in the second half of the season. That’s some epic copium.

I’m not sure if he’s a franchise QB but he’s not the worst part of the team anymore.

I can see him taking the team to the playoffs but never getting over the hump and getting replaced eventually. That’s still a huge turnaround from being Jimmy Clausen 2.0.

Cool story bro. Game manager had a lot of throws making peoples mouth drop. Idk you're the psychic so hard to argue there.

Maybe Bryce crashes back down next year or maybe he's even better. Idk but you do right?

every qb in the nfl at some point or another have throws that make people jaw drop.  They wouldnt be there if they couldnt.  The key is consistency and overall play.  I mean Mac fuging jones had like 5 highlight level throws vs the titans.  Does that make him a top 10 qb?

Lol a rookie with a few games gave him a run. Toilet bowl highlights are his highs and yall slurp it up. How's that dookie taste. Maybe next year they will get 6 wins...keep twisting it to make yourself feel better that the Panthers are a loser team going nowhere

    • Just pointed out that Coleman was far more productive because he only had half the targets. Your first line compared Legette to Coleman. Coleman is a typical rookie. I’d be happy with Legette’s production in a vacuum, but it kind of reminds me a bit of TMJ where people were surprised that he had as many snaps as he did and people excused his production by saying he needed more opportunity when he was our WR2. I wasn’t really even arguing. I saw two posts using other WRs as examples of why Legette was solid and I wanted to add some comments. Legette has a lot of work to do and I really hope he takes the next step but he had better stats than actual production/effectiveness.
    • I appreciate the input. This stems from him taking offense to valid opinions I've expressed about Bryce Young to digging up posts about Sam Darnold and using that as a resource to argue why we should give Bryce Young more time to prove himself. The issue is I've never argued against that and I am fully aware and eager to see what Bryce does in his third season. But unfortunately for him he picked one of the worst examples as Sam Darnold has once again revealed himself to be the same QB he always was and past criticism of his play has only been further validated despite his attempts to call people out over it. Now he doesn't like the shoe being on the other foot. Anywho again thanks for attempting to bring some reason. It's all good either way it's the offseason we've got nothing but time.
