Ignore them (gman was right) with the ignore feature, avoid repeat threads, don't read more than a page or three of 95% of threads on there, and avoid threads with titles that you know are going to be terrible.

Sum that all up and you spend most of your time in the lovely ladies section like me, while using the panthers section for tidbits of info.
