Yeah...I got that feeling too. Fox probably let Moore know that Clausen is the future and they're behind him.

After many many years of the front office not really drafting any QB's, and grooming one for the future it was nice to see them do the opposite this year. Some of our fan base will never be happy. If they passed on all the QB's again they would be the ones 1,2,3,4, etc years from now looking back and saying "we should have drafted a QB in '10. They passed on xyz" etc etc.

The Panthers will be fine and I looking forward to seeing how our new stable of QB's pan out.

Good post, me too. I almost feel the same way about the WR position as well. Hopefully Lafell, Edwards and Gettis change that.

Im loving this draft by the panthers. Matt Moore thinks that this was his team now they are throwing this curveball at him. Im sure his pissed his pants twice when he heard the selections, but Fox is right, competition does bring out the best, and Matt is gunna have to earn that job every day.
