The 6th Round

#175 Greg Hardy DE/Ole Miss

I like this pick of Hardy. He has the size and abilty and just had an underwhelming senior season.

I like E. Norwood but not at the expense of a Cam Thomas or a big DT. Obviously the panthers like the guys they have in the middle. Hardy seems like he could be great. Norwood is a player who tackles well and can fill in behind T. Davis and compete for the SLB.

Another prospect who gained attention was cornerback Jordan Pugh (5-foot-10, 196 pounds). He completed an outstanding workout. Pugh ran the 40 in 4.48 and 4.44 seconds, did a 40-inch vertical jump and had a 10-foot, 5-inch broad jump. He ran a 4.24-second short shuttle, a 7.13-second three-cone drill and did 14 bench press reps. The 4.44 40 time would have made Pugh the fastest cornerback at the combine. The 40-inch vertical would have tied Pugh for second at his position at the combine. And Pugh accomplished all of this in front of Bengals defensive backs coach Kevin Coyle.

In the 6th round...he missing an arm or something?
