me, but in all fairness the extent of my player analysis back then came from playing madden. i thought williams was too slow and too small. i've only known the rules of football for 6 or 7 years. i've since realized players don't have to be adrian peterson physical specimens to be great. williams is a fighter, like steve smith, and that's what makes him great.

I hated foster so much i was ecstatic when deangelo was drafted.

Like this draft, I wasn't unhappy with the pick, and was guardedly optimistic. Of course my optimism waned over the next couple of seasons, but in retrospect it was the way that he was being used (or misused, as it were). Like anyone who admits the truth, I thought that he could be a good starter, but was ecstatic when he produced the numbers that he did in '08. But, unlike some, I was still happy with the Stewart pick (and still am), and think that Stewart will have the opportunity to put up even better numbers than Williams when all is saod and done. But, D. Will has turned out to be more of a beast than I think anyone could imagine.
