My DTVHD feed is out

I can't get any of the HD channels. The entire system was knocked out earlier, and when it came back, no HD. I did the reset thing with the little red button on the receiver. That didn't work. Now I have it unplugged.

Should I just go ahead and call customer service? The non-hd receiver is working fine in the bedroom.

Is it still real windy there? Might have to wait until the wind dies down. Of course, I;m also the one who does not have HD or satellite or any of that stuff, but it was just a thought.

Yeah, it's still windy. I've already been told by my house know it all that I'll have to wait for the wind. When Ty went into town with my bro to get dinner, they saw transformers blowing out all over.

Do you have 2 dishes on the roof? With Dish you point at a different satellite for Hi-Def. Wind might have tweaked one of your dishes out of align.

U should be able to go into menu and ck the signal strength.

So much for us watching the game in HD. The wind has damaged our dish, and it'll be probably Monday before anyone can come out. I'm ready to cry.

I am NOT looking forward to telling Chris we can't watch the game in HD. I don't even want to be here when he gets home tonight.

103 is completely out. Tech support thinks it's the little arm thing got hit or something. As bad as winds were today, it's entirely possible.

I just got my direct tv installed stuff installed today, and so far so good. It was real windy here, and no problems.

Just remind him God did it and to be glad that you didn't lose your entire signal - at least you can still watch the game........you can watch the game, right?

Yeah, gtg, we can still watch tv. But the picture is no where near the same quality as an HD feed.

Looked today at the dish. The arm thingy with the round things fell off.

Never mind. That was to the old dish, we think.
