I was watching some highlights of our games the past two years and as I was watching Smitty's Highlights a question came to my head. How many more touchdowns could he have had the last few years if he was 6.2-6.4ft instead of 5.9ft? All those plays where he was stopped at or inside the one yard line.

Anyone else ever think of this?

      That's the pre-snap disguise and as already stated the strong safety is going to be one of the underneath or a deep 1/4 guys. That is a reduction in coverage responsibility. Moehrig is more than capable of getting down into the box from a two-high look as well. I don't think he'd be in the NFL if that were the case, let alone be considered a top-10 run stopper.
