hoping players get hurt = boo

peppers deserves it. almost every nfl player has a problem with greed to some extent, but peppers has let it completely take over his life. he needs a career ending injury to bring him back down to reality. i hope he gets the fudge knocked out of him. if it's by someone on our team, the better.

^ especially for that crap of him wanting to better himself as a OLB in a 3-4? as far as I know, he is still a DE and with a worse supporting D around him. That guy got such a big head he thought he was worth that much???? Ima laugh my ass off if Brown or Johnson have more sacks then him

you misunderstand i think. i believe him having a career ending injury would help him. i think it would be for his own good. i'm not wishing him bad. sometimes it takes losing everything to improve as a person. no greed is good, but that level of greed is definitely not good. also, i've about had it with the name-calling. i'm reporting every post from here on out that includes someone calling anyone else here a derogatory name. it is a rule on this forum.

christ man you're the one who needs to be brought back down to reality. Saying he needs to suffer an injury is just classless. Julius Peppers isn't some object for our entertainment. He's a real person who wanted to play somewhere else. He's been in the Carolinas his entire life. That decision doesn't make him the devil. Your grapes are so sour you should go make some wine.

again, you're totally misunderstanding what i said. i don't care what team he plays with. that has nothing to do with it. what i think is classless is when people would rather have athletes entertain them than those athletes getting help for their vices. if a guy had a drug addiction, would you rather him focus on getting ready for the game, or would you rather him get into a rehabilitation program? greed is no different to me. if you disagree, then how about disagree without all the negativity towards me. there is a phrase i like to use sometimes, "agree to disagree". that's a lot more pleasant than all the bickering.

Gross will handle him but will lose the battle, if for no other reason than in the NFL if a tackle stops a DE on 22 out of 24 passing plays, but for just 2 of them the DE gets a sack, then most say the DE won the battle that day.

Pepp will play harder than he's ever played in his whole life this game, and he will beat Gross at least a few times.

I won't wish career-ending injuries on Peppers, but if he gets a minor ankle sprain on the first play that keeps him out of just this game, I will pee from laughter just a smidgen.
