We have the best pair of tackles in the league. Ryan Kalil is also beastily and Wharton is good. Pepp will have a good but not great day

If they bring repeated 8-man blitzes, we'll destroy them with long runs.

The most dangerous blitz for us they can use is a 5 man... because they'll still have enough secondary to prevent a big run, and the running lanes will be stuffed.

It will be an interesting game.... by then, HOPEFULLY our Defense has gelled and can pressure their sad offense and we'll win.

That would be true with Delhomme under center.

However, even Jeff Davidson can gameplan against a 5 man blitz when he has a competent quarterback. Rosario and Smith can run slants. If not, a screen out to DWill would lead to safeties trying to tackle him one on one in the open field. That ain't easy.

seen it first hand.....plus Gross wasnt to spectacular b4 he got hurt.some sacks wasnt his fault due to a lame duck, holding the ball, non-stepping up in pocket qb.
