I don't see many starting jobs available.

Once Sanders and Ward are drafted you're looking at Vegas as that team who will be left out of a QB. He doesn't really fit there imo.

Why not come push Bryce for the starting job?

Raiders, Browns, Jets, Steelers, Titans, Giants, and I could see LAR, Saints, and possibly Seahawks moving on from their current ones.

Titans and Giants will go QB in the draft.

Then you have QBs like Darnold/Rodgers/Wilson/Geno/Cousins who could also all be on the market. That's a lot of competition for Fields to find a starting position. I'm not sure if he's ahead of those QB's besides Cousins.

It is actually unfathomable people don't think Cam today is better than Bryce .. how bad do we think Cam is? Lets use Bryce Young logic w/ Cam ... the offensive line in '21 was horrible so we can't judge Cam's '21 fairly

Bro Cam has moved on to bigger and better things. The dude was literally interviewing Joe Burrow on ESPN today. He's done with football.

Let Cam rest in peace with whatever healthy body parts he has left. We've done enough damage to Cam. It's over.

He's doing Special Forces to prove he still has an NFL body

Nah, he's too good of a backup

If Bryce falls flat on his face next year, we're going to suck and we need to just embrace it, play him all year long and be in a position to draft his replacement with that high 1st round pick he'll lead us to.

Dream scenario is Ben Johnson goes back to the Lions for another year for some reason... We draft T-Mac... We're awful and get the #1 pick... Then we sell the Manning family on hiring Ben Johnson and have a potential wild offense with Johnson leading Manning, T-Mac, XL, Coker, Sanders, Hubbard, Brooks.

Yea I like what we see from Canales so far, but the above situation could set us up for an amazing 10-12 year run

Partially because Fields isn't very good.

Also, re: Sanders...

    • I quit following WalterFootball years ago so haven’t checked theirs. But literally no one else is comparing them to each other.  Not built or play the same. To say he is just a pass rusher specialist and say he’s not as strong as Parsons just tells me you have never watched 1 min of the film of the 2. Carter never was even a “Pass rusher” until this year.  Like Parsons.  He started as a MLB who they transitioned them more outside/pass rusher their final year. Parsons was never the strong tossing OL around at Penn State either.  That came about year 2 in the NFL when he continued to add bulk when he moved to the new role. Speaking of the 2,  Carter has More Sacks and More Tackles For Loss  at edge than Parsons did when they moved him his last year like Carter.
    • I did it because I had a hunch the people who were separating their shoulders patting themselves on the back for their opinions were in fact wrong about QBs before. Fifteen seconds of searching proved that to be the case. Again -- pointing out when the smartest people in the room have poor takes like those they disparage doesn't make me a Darnold fanatic anymore than it'd make me a Mayfield fan if I did the same thing, only a year later. That said -- Darnold's a product of what's around him being exceptional but it doesn't mean he's a bust. Brad Johnson and Nick Foles, among others, come to mind re: QBs elevated by their teams to Lombardis. I think history's proven no one could win with Matt Rhule as the HC. Steve Wilks took that same team to the brink of a division title and made it relevant for a month (the only month it's been relevant since Tepper bought the team).
