Houston has no run game? What? Mixon and Chuba have very similar stats. Yards per game almost identical.

Slowik was really damn good last week and guys were running around wide ass open a lot

Nico is a top tier WR1 in NFL. Tank is quicker than anyone on our roster

5 times worse? At what exactly?

Similar stats...so you just checking the season numbers? Now take a look at his stats when they actually play teams that are GOOD. Not the same.

Go ask texans fans how good slowik really is.

Nico is a top 10 receiver NOW definitely. He also misses time due to injury, was he a top guy when davis mills was throwing him the ball? Nobody can seem to answer that.

And I dont know how tank dell being quick is so significant. It's plenty of quick receivers in the league who arent good or make impact. Dell is good, I'm just saying he also has no pressure of being the main guy in houston...he is a 2/3. He would be the guy here by default. it's a stretch to say he would produce like a number 1.

5 times worse at what you said? Actually being a GOOD TEAM. I thought that was pretty straight forward.

Did Netflix cut to Lamar on the bench while the ball was in the air that last kick off?

They don't need to broadcast games.

Their original programming sucks too.

Gotta get the MVP on camera while they can.

I had Allen winning it coming into the game, but the fact the Steelers lost and the Ravens are going to win their division he has it sealed.

Now the narrative a 3x MVP goes into the playoffs can he finally win a SB or will the runner up Josh Allen take revenge on the league with his underdog roster and beat Jackson and Mahomes get his team to the SB.

These are the storylines the NFL is looking for.

The Ravens are a Super Bowl contender and a different level from the Texans altogether. We saw this in the playoffs last year. Yes the Texans overachieved last season and they added more pieces in the offseason but they are still a team that is barely 2 years removed from being a single play away from the first overall pick. There's definitely been some overstating of the status of their roster by some folks.

As far as CJ Stroud goes it's too early for anyone to say if this is who he will remain and last season was an anomaly but he is having a bad game today against a very good team. All the same if Stroud can look like this after being in the league MVP conversation just a year ago maybe that's an indicator for us to take seeing progress from our own QB with a cautious approach for the time being.

Closer in level than us and the Chiefs or Eagles. But Bryce is still the worst QB in the league around here

Stroud is the second most sacked qb in the league this year, he was not far off sacked as much as Bryce last year.

CJ was sacked 38 times last season to Bryce's 62. I'd call that far off.

We have 4 wins and somehow we’re 5 times better than Houston at being a good team?

You’re right… seems pretty straight forward

And apparently it's the Bryce supporters that use mental gymnastics. Just be honest Stroud has had a much better situation and that the book on him and Bryce haven't been written yet

He's gone from one of the worst amongst all qualified passers to the 20-25 range. And we're waiting to see how it carries over into next season. That's all anyone can do.

Bryce supporters?

I mean we are Panthers fans why would be rooting against Bryce. Why are we rooting for Stroud?

Things I don't understand about this fanbase. But we living in different times so I must adapt to the new norm.

And he has been sacked 46 times this year to bryces 24. If you combine both years... guess what? Bryce has been sacked 86 times... Stroud 85 my friend.

That's all we can do but looking at that PFF poo everyone keeps posting he's become a lot more efficient "pointgaurd" haha. But saying that get the man some weapons to capitalise on that efficiency

Man wth you are talking about? I said Houston wouldnt be as good with bryce as qb....as in they wouldn't have 8 wins and a playoff birth. You need to go back and re read the post.

The answer is that his first two seasons his head coaches were David Culley and Lovie Smith. If the guys in Carolina suffered developmentally from the staffing churn then I'm sure Houston's guy had similar issues.

Plus Davis Mills sucks.

So what you're saying is that Bryce's rookie season was the OL's fault... ? I'm not understanding the point you're trying to make other than you hate that Bryce Young is the Panthers' QB1.
