Let’s see what Abdul Carter has in this first game of the day. Looking forward to watching him play. He needs to dominate this SMU O-line.

Watched that game. He really didn't show a lot. We will see how he does in the next round of playoffs. Waiting to see Graham out of Michigan next. I rather have Graham over Carter at this point.

He strikes me as a guy that loves making splash plays and then he goes silent. When he makes a play you definitely see him as he celebrates a lot. I’m relatively uninformed about him tbh, but I’m very concerned about his run defense and if he cares about it or not. Maybe someone that has seen him a lot can add something here

He reminds me of Burns. All flash and no substance.

That’s where my head is at as well. If we draft him I hope I’m wrong. I want a great player, not a player that is not great yet but has the potential to be great.

Sadly Hunter and Graham aren't going to be realistic targets. I will never understand how fans think it's cool to win games late and fall down on the draft board.

This draft wasn't exactly loaded with star talent to begin with. Guys like Hunter/Graham were talents that could be built around on defense.

At this point just draft Tmac and all defense after that.

You expect me to be miserable because we won?

I literally said in the game thread I hope we lose the game but Bryce plays well. Instead of quoting that comment you go into a thread about Bryce Young to try and prove a point.

Cmon man stop trolling.

    • I think we are seeing one of the Panthers' greatest coaching seasons in our 30 year history.  Bryce was horrible--how he is approaching average. The defense was not really addressed in the offseason and we lost Burns, Gross Matos, Shaq Thompson, Derrick Brown, and Action Jackson from last year.  On offense, Canales benched Bryce after 2 games.  most of us thought he was done.  Teams offered conditional seventh rounders and the brain trust on the Huddle was shouting, "Do IT!!!"  Canales stayed with Bryce. On offense, we lost our starting center early, our #1 WR, our #2 WR (AT), our #3 WR (Mingo), and a former second rounder (TMJ).  For much of the year, we have had XL, Coker, and Moore at WR. This team was getting blown out early on--with wins against powerhouses Vegas, the NY Giants--then November happened.  A win vs the Saints, and heart-breaking losses vs. Tampa, Kansas City, and Philly--all playoff teams (probably).  This team has gone from a joke to being competitive.  A few players away from being relevant. I cannot think of a better coaching job--except maybe 2003.  And this team is likely to win 4-5 games. Think about it.  A rookie head coach with a positive attitude has done this in about 15 games.  I am sold.
    • Brother in case you didn't know, the new BY scale is being used here with this UDFA form another team..
    • When picking fruits and vegs, do you want fifteen options or just two?
