That Indy picture you posted isn't from last year dude it's from the preseason game we played against them this year, trust me have saved all the pics from every game this year and it's in my collection and I'm sure Zod would tell you the same. No dout though that DeAngelo got a lot stronger over the offseason.

I can tell there is no difference in the pic. The reason why his same arm look different is simple: his arm is kinda relaxing. On the 2nd pic, he flexing his arm a little more. Thus, flexing his arm make it look bigger to the same arm when it relax. Easy as that.
