Just curious as to why the Panthers are your team.

I'm a natural panther fan. Proud to say that actually. I was about 4-5 when the team came here. So I like to call myself a 1st generation panther fan. But also like them for other reasons. I'm a huge fan of big cats and I think a panther is quite possibly the most badass mascot ever especially with the color scheme and the uniforms are ridiculously cool. I was the biggest Biakabatuka fan when I was little and I thought Michael Bates was the greatest KR of all time.

lived most of my life in the carolinas and love it. getting a NFL franchise was a dream come true and i had no choice but to become a fan. ever since i heard there was going to be a team i knew i was going to be a fan.

I'm a native of VA but I lived in NC for seven years and still have family there. My grandmother is a native of NC. VA doesn't have an NFL team so the Carolina Panthers just made more sense.

live my whole 42 years in NC, mostly on the outer banks. we get the norfolk virginia tv stations and they play redskins games. i hated that. i was a life long raiders fan until we got our own team. i now hate al davis for what he's done to the raiders. still hate the skins but love the panthers!

Born and raised in North Cakalacki. Love the Carolina's baby. When i was a teenager everybody loved the Cowboys. Or should i say jumped on the Cowboys bandwagon. I picked the Lions as my team in 1989 and pulled for them till the Dom Capers Era of the Panther's. Barry "fricking" Sanders come on. Now i have Double Trouble to watch. I swear the Lions need to hit the RB jack pot again. But as i told a friend they are the Ghetto Colts. They are building that way. Harrison / CJ, Manning / Stafford,Edge / Montorio Hardesty or Jahvid Best.

My bro shut me the f**k out back in NFL Gameday '98 (lol), and I was feeling real salty afterwards. I remember thinking "screw the damn cowboys, they do nothing but suck ass" (I was a kid, those were cool words to use back then). Needing a different team, I cycle through the list until I see a random team called the panthers from some foreign land called Carellina or something. I think, "woah, that's a badass cat." The rest is history.

Ever since I believe 2003 when we made it to the Super Bowl. I was 15 then and I am 22 now. I've been a fan ever since.

I'm from Reidsville NC. I was a Cowboy fan since I was 5 and always wanted a pro team in NC. When we got one I switched.

I moved down to NC in the early 90's and couldn't really follow the Steelers very easily so when the Panthers came around I started following them since that's about all I could get and I just fell in love with the team. Still love the Steelers but the Panthers have converted me.
