Boldin Misses Wednesday's Practice

Pro Bowl wide receiver Anquan Boldin is sitting out his second straight practice Wednesday with a strained left hamstring, working out on the side, and his availability for Saturday night's game in Charlotte, N.C., against the Carolina Panthers remains unclear.

The Cardinals usually don't provide detailed injury information, and Boldin's status probably won't be determined until shortly before Saturday's 6:15 p.m. kickoff.

Boldin was working on agility drills with a team trainer late this morning.

He suffered the injury during a 71-yard touchdown catch in last Saturday's victory over the Falcons. He had missed the previous two games because of a shoulder injury.

Boldin was not available for comment.

100% he will be in the game, plus theres been many other times teams seemed to play up a players chance of not playing, only for them to come out strong. arizona will be running full speed against us, but still won't be able to handle us again.

i just hope the giants or eagles are ready for a big letdown come the title game.

In an interview just a few hours ago, Dansby said that he saw Q in the training room and he looked fine. Not 100% obviously, but I think you guys need to know that Anquan will play. Even if he sneaks by putting on some backup special teamers jersey and running onto the field against orders, he'll play.

I'm just upset that he ain't 100%, because I know we need to bring our A game to Charlotte, and without his versatility, that cuts a chunk out of our playbook.

Dude's gonna play, I know it. And it's no coincidence that the coach doesn't talk about injuries, but this story just happened to slip out. It's a chess move in the mental game that leads up to the real game on Saturday. I'm sure we're gameplanning for him.
