Most of the pressure in this game came up the middle

Yeah, I think the sacks were edge and or cornerback, but Bryce was unable to step up to avoid the outside rush.  He had been doing that in previous games and it was working.  But not yesterday.

Also, the Cowboys put a glove on Thielen, and the other guys weren't able to compensate.

Sanders has disappeared, and makes me wonder if he is still suffering from his injury.

You offer a list numbered 1-5 and put turnovers last yet you're supposedly seeking meaningful dialogue?

Posts that poke holes in your narrative because they highlight inconvenient truths = trolling in your eyes.

But it's okay for you to stay up late making excuses for Bryce Young. Clearly some of ya'll are more invested in running interference for this kid like you're one of his parents than actually establishing a winning football franchise again.

Put it at #1 it doesn’t matter, the list isn’t  in ordert of importance .

you’re just being a troll who has nothing to offer in terms of meaningful discourse

One of the biggest factors was Dallas' decision NOT to blitz us. So far, in the games leading up to this, teams have used our matchup as a chance for unrestricted blitz practices. They've sent extra rushers time and time again and strangely, Bryce thrived under that. It got him to moving around and also put at least one less person out their in pass defense.

Even with a depleted defense, Dallas stuck with their traditional four man rush and we just collapsed under it.

Bryce seems much more decisive when he sees blitz in the pre-snap.

Still, even with the turnovers, this doesn't fall all on the QB's shoulders.

On defense, we royally suck. We can't tackle for sh!t. They played like a bunch of guys who were trying to make sure they weren't injured before the holidays. And honestly, with our record, I can see that being the case. They've given their all over the last few weeks, and the ranks are getting thinner, so maybe we're either down to the timid or the tired or the taints.

bryce young is 4-23 as a starter.  At some point you need to look in the mirror and understand the problem.  Insulting posters pointing this out makes you look childish and petty

The Cowboys defensive line was really good, but with all we have invested in our offensive line, they have to play better.

Cade Mays is not a center. He wasn't good today, but he shouldn't be there in the first place.

Ekwonu has a great story, but we got fooled again drafting the local guy instead of the best player available. He's not awful, and he had an extremely tough assignment, but he has not played close to his draft slot.

Chuba had no chance to do anything and you could tell Bryce became frustrated.

The topic is specifically yesterday’s game and  it offensive performance issues from yesterday. Try to keep up although I do find it interesting that you pretty much follow Frank of you around. I wonder if you are just one person trolling with multiple accounts

You've cracked the mystery.  If you are not on Bryce's jock you are one person on multiple accounts.   Damn i almost had you.

1. Couldn’t run the ball effectively

Zimmer took away the run game early and forced us to throw, especially when we got down early due to turnovers.

We were running it effectively early.  We just turned the ball over

1st drive - we averaged 5.2 yards per carry.  Hubbard had 10 carries on the day.  5 of those carries came on the opening drive.  Bryce fumble to end it.

2nd drive 3 and out.

3rd drive  - we averaged 5.3 yards per carry.  Bryce INT to end it.

It was a pretty normal day rushing in reality the first half.

then an early turnover to start the 2nd half really put us behind the 8 ball.

we have 4 rush attempts the entire 2nd half.  3 came on the lone TD drive.

Turnovers killed the rush attack.  I can handle the AT INT.  The other 2 were brutal.

When you have a severe lack of talent, exacerbated by injuries and no depth, coupled with a young QB and head coach who are both still finding their way, this is what you get.

Growing pains.

Let us see how the team reacts next week.

Keep building talent, develop your young players, and build a winning culture back.

Every time I have an exchange with frankw you’re coming to his defense even though nobod’s taliking to you.  You’re either a clone or riding his jock lol

Bryce had a bad game. The fumbles are unacceptable and are the main reason Kyle Allen failed as a starter. I keep going back to how Bryce hasn’t shown me in any way that he’s better than Kyle Allen which is like, mystifying to me. Maybe he’s a little more mobile.

1. Couldn’t run the ball effectively

Zimmer took away the run game early and forced us to throw, especially when we got down early due to turnovers. Canales abandoned too early when we came out of the half he probably should’ve tried to re-establish the run

2. Pressure

Cowboys defensive line generated significant pressure without having to blitz resulting in 6 sacks and constant pressure to disrupt the rhythm between Bryce and his receivers

3. Lack of separation on deep routes

Aside from the Coker play, receivers can’t get separation quickly enough to make them pay deep for stacking the box due to #2 above. Bryce also seemed less decisive than last few weeks, not sure if he was seeing new looks that made him hesitate

4. No YAC (other than Coker TD)

Short throws were there due to two deep safeties but our receivers don’t have the ability to run after catch.  Not sure if this is also a schematic problem. Canales tried it with XL a couple of times. Conversely Dallas got a ton of YAC from similar short throws

5. Turnovers.

You can’t win in NFL if you do this. Bryce must do better.

#3 and #4 combined with the fact no matter how you feel about Bryce, we aren't going to get a better qb this offseason, makes it so obvious that we have got to start focusing on some quick shifty wrs that can run the full route tree.  I don't know why we absolutely refuse to acknowledge it and just continue to take big receivers who run fast 40s over and over.

    • 1. Stay Hydrated and Make Water Your Best Friend Hydration is often overlooked in weight loss, but it plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy metabolism and suppressing unnecessary cravings. Drinking water before meals can help you feel fuller, leading to reduced calorie intake. Studies suggest that drinking 16 ounces of water 30 minutes before a meal can increase weight loss by up to 44% over three months. Tips to Stay Hydrated: Start your day with a glass of warm water and lemon. Carry a reusable water bottle wherever you go to encourage frequent sipping. Infuse your water with fruits or herbs like mint for added flavor. Remember, water is calorie-free, keeps your body functioning optimally, and helps flush out toxins that can slow down your weight loss efforts. 2. Prioritize Protein in Your Meals Protein is a powerhouse when it comes to weight loss. It not only helps you feel full for longer but also boosts your metabolism through the thermic effect of food (TEF). Consuming a protein-rich diet can prevent muscle loss while promoting fat burning. Simple Ways to Add Protein to Your Diet: Start your morning with eggs or a high-protein smoothie. Incorporate lean protein sources like chicken, turkey, tofu, and fish into your meals. Snack on protein-rich options like Greek yogurt, nuts, or boiled eggs. Aim to include a source of protein in every meal. This ensures steady energy levels and reduces the likelihood of unhealthy snacking. 3. Get Moving – Every Step Counts You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to lose weight. Incorporating simple physical activities into your daily routine can make a big difference over time. Movement not only burns calories but also improves mood and energy levels, keeping you motivated. Easy Ways to Stay Active: Take a 10-minute walk after meals to aid digestion and calorie burn. Use the stairs instead of elevators whenever possible. Set a timer to remind yourself to stand and stretch every hour. If you enjoy structured exercise, opt for activities you genuinely love, such as dancing, cycling, or swimming. Consistency matters more than intensity, so focus on staying active regularly. 4. Mind Your Portions Portion control is one of the most effective ways to manage calorie intake without feeling deprived. Even healthy foods can contribute to weight gain if consumed in excess. Being mindful of your portion sizes helps prevent overeating and ensures that your body gets just the right amount of energy. Portion Control Tips: Use smaller plates and bowls to trick your brain into feeling satisfied with less. Measure your servings when preparing meals. Fill half your plate with vegetables, a quarter with protein, and the remaining quarter with whole grains or healthy carbs. Mindful eating—focusing on your food, chewing slowly, and avoiding distractions like TV—can also help you tune into your hunger and fullness cues. 5. Get Enough Sleep and Manage Stress Sleep and stress levels significantly impact weight loss. Lack of sleep disrupts hunger hormones, leading to increased cravings and overeating. Similarly, chronic stress can trigger emotional eating and slow down your metabolism. Ways to Improve Sleep and Reduce Stress: Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night by maintaining a consistent bedtime routine. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to manage stress. Avoid screen time at least an hour before bed to improve sleep quality. When your body is well-rested and stress-free, it’s better equipped to burn fat and maintain energy levels, helping you stay on track with your weight loss goals. Bonus Tip: Consistency is Key Weight loss is not about perfection; it’s about persistence. Small, consistent actions can lead to significant results over time. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and stay committed to your goals. Final Thoughts Boosting your weight loss journey doesn’t have to be complicated. By staying hydrated, prioritizing protein, staying active, controlling portions, and managing sleep and stress, you can make your journey more enjoyable and sustainable. Remember, every body is different. Listen to yours, and focus on creating habits that work for you. Start with these five simple tips, and watch your progress unfold over time.
