You are so comically thin skinned in any conversation involving Bryce Young.

The Chiefs on paper overall are really not that great of a team this season in what has been a down year for most offenses. They have an opportunistic defense and as always they are carried by Mahomes and Kelce. Andy Reid might as well be a fuging sorcerer in comparison to most of the rest of the league my opinions about him on a personal level aside. They are absolutely maximizing what is an inferior team this year compared to others in recent seasons and if I have to argue that with you then you should go take a break and reassess.

That first line is a looot of projecting there, bucko. You're here literally begging for people to not talk about CJ Stroud anymore because you might get uglier than you've been since the 2023 draft. I don't know how we can have a rational conversation about the quality of losses if you're going to be so emotional about it. There isn't a whole lot that feelings can do to change the fact that a 6-3 L vs. Baltimore is less impressive than a 30-27 L vs the defending x2 SB champs that are currently 15-1.

But whatever has you down over the holidays, I genuinely hope it gets better.

This awkward rabble about Stroud and emotions is silliness and you know it. I didn't create this thread. I don't create any threads about Stroud or Bryce Young. I respond to what the conversation at large brings forth to the table and his name keeps coming up. And ironically as of late the people Iike yourself who previously had been one of the first to complain about Panthers fans talking about CJ Stroud so much now can't wait to come post about how bad he's playing because it fits into your narrative.

Icege. Most of your posts the last several years have been some form of projecting don't trip over your own hypocrisy there my friend. You went this far down the rabbit hole over Teddy Bridgewater too. To the point you were flailing about and assigning enemies across the huddle just as you are now. In camp you were attacking anyone raising any concerns about our passing game and then you shrunk into a corner after the first two games. You did the same thing recently after the Dallas game just fell off the map. What you need to find a way to reconcile with is you do not work public relations for Bryce Young. He will never read any of this. Everyone here even the skeptics minus one or two trolls just want a franchise QB and for us to be relevant and have postseason aspirations again. Where the differences among us come into play is some people will take whatever they can get and others are looking for higher standards because they have seen Cam ultimately fail at developing into his best possible form despite all his talent. Nothing wrong with either approach. But only one will lead us back to a Super Bowl.

This right here. Its really funny to get labeled of talking about Stroud so much when your not even the one starting these threads which main purpose is to criticize. But if you aren't coming in the thread to say negative things expect some emotional backlash response. Lol

    • Yeah I think they are wanting to let XL and Coker develop, but I don't see nothing wrong with a speed guy on day 2
    • Finding that dance partner will be difficult and who's to say the team trading up has not offer a package to 5th, 6th, 7th??? They did and were turned down most likely.    I still feel 8th is the hot spot for OT run. If you want the best OT/OL in the draft, 8th is the way.    *But Ive been reading lots of Jets and others having Membou as their pick. Banks and Campbell are right there in great value terms. The whole deal is that pick for the Panthers, they are not looking to spend a top resource on OL, 31 other teams are.    I've also been seeing sanders falling out of the top ten, I just have a hard time buying that. ALso seen dart being drafted in the top ten. FYI last year NO ONE had a 1st round grade on Bo Nix and many thought Michael Penix Jr. was at best late 1st early 2nd. I laugh hard at the failcons drafting Penix at 8th, but I stopped laughing during that week 18 game.... he looked legit......barf....  So... one team could easily trade up for sanders or dart or begin the OL run or Jeanty causes a stir as he falls.  There are legit options, Brandt and Dan get paid for this...
    • I'm with you.  Even an extra 3rd would help.  None of the players you listed are elite though.  Sadly there are very few of those in this draft, but there are a lot of good players in the late first and into the second. We need to realize that we can't get all our needs in this year's draft.  We know we need some sort of edge, a safety, and I feel we need to use one of first 4 picks on a CB, preferably 3rd at latest.  And I want to draft an OT in 3rd to learn behind Moton this year. The extra 2nd would be huge.  2 things Bear Hands has noted in other threads, we can get a rusher in the mid rounds of the first, and if a good LT is available at our pick we should be able to get a deal. I'm ok.  If the media takes are close, trading back to around 15 should get us a second, and since our second is near the end of that round, getting one earlier opens up a whole lot of opportunities.  Either way, Canales builds his infrastructure with this draft.  Next year, with all our picks and probably picking somewhere between 10 and 15, we can get real stars.   All of this depends on hitting on picks this year.
