XL is getting himself open by using his size and with some downright good routes. He just needs to work on finishing the catch. JT Sanders has been the biggest surprise for me in terms of immediate impact. I didn't expect him to do jack the first year or two just based on how TEs tend to progress in the NFL, but he has been a legitimate contributor in the passing game thus far. Hope he continues to improve moving forward. -
