Doesn't seem like there's much of a limitation based on how often the TV commercials air.  Blue ones, red ones, take the whole bag.

Eh....I don't know if I buy into this narrative yet. Hopefully but Tepper seems pretty thin skinned and ill suited to this.

Remember that Snyder also went hands off but stopped because it "wasn't any fun."

I feel its been this way the entire season, and frankly since the hires of canales and morgan.  That draft didnt feel the same as the others involving tepper, the field operations feel much more competent and in the hands of canales because there would have been much more chaos but Canales stablized the early season insanity and has officially proven himself as a decent NFL HC.
