Never had racoon or possum but I have had squirrel. -
I ate a lot of stuff in Arkansas that didn't taste like chicken that people said would. Frog legs did (I love them), but alligator tail and turtle didn't. Alligator was good, tasted like wild pork. Turtle tasted like swamp. -
Lol yeah one thing I do remember is that there was something greasy I ate....a greasy casserole blech..... and I always thought that was it.
