 there is a good chance Bryce Young  s simply a bust after what almost 2 years now starting at Qb & let's say he is not a bust?  so what , draft a good Qb & move on anyway &  let Bryce Young go be a below average game manager somewhere else or more than likely someone elses backup Qb ?

I just don't  understand why people feel like they have to fix Bryce Young ?

Yup. It was 17 or so games of middling to outright atrocious play and 3-4 of improvement. The sample sizes speak for themselves... just takes time, and time is very clearly on one side of the argument right now.

Again the comparison is to his first few games before benching this year. Those were atrocious.

Bryce is having his worst game after his second chance, but he's still improved compared to his first few games.

Again, argue the semantics about how that's a very low bar (which is absolutely fair), but all I care is he's better than how he started.

And for the most part, he is. I'm not expecting him to achieve what we gave up for him to be worthwhile (it never will be with how slow he's started to get into a groove), I just hope eventually he becomes someone worth investing to so we stop playing QB carousel ever since we ditched Cam.

Can we put a hold on the word "hater" in relation to Bryce Young already? Some of you act like you're related to him it's genuinely awkward.

We're getting blown out by the Cooper Rush led Cowboys and they have a lameduck head coach.

Yes there have been several reasons for why we are in this position but undoubtedly the starting QB is one of them.

Haven't said much these recent weeks since I haven't had a chance to watch. Can finally watch this game and it's ugly, but Dallas seems to be eating their lunch today in general.

You should go back and watch the past 3-4 games before you judge based only on this game.

Hater is a vapid and intellectually empty term in these discussions. Anyone that uses it in a discussion where there is clear nuance has their own obvious biases. It's an eyeroll inducer.

Maybe you should go back and watch the prior 17 or so before judging off of 3-4. Perhaps read up on trends, stats, and sample sizes as well.

And again, where am I judging anything? I have pretty clearly acknowledged that Dallas is whopping the whole team today.

      He’s also a 14 year veteran so what?  Do you forget how he looked in his last 3 games before it went back to Bryce? You see what you want to see

      Here is the issue to me…his floor might be his ceiling  1. how much of the playbook is cut out to make up for what he can do at the NFL level … and hide what he can’t  2. what does it take in each series for him to execute those plays ? 3. meaning, it is all in film now…all of it, including his tendencies ..can those be changed or overcome ?   4. That arm strength is questionable…he couldn’t get the ball to the end zone today with an open receiver…not even close…and If you really go back and look at Philly, he got away with 2 balls that should have been intercepted….and other than the throw to XL at the end, the passes wobbled  5.  He isn’t strong  6. He is sometimes extreme in the pocket either lackadaisical not seeing pressure or frenetic…running in circles  …  I don’t know…I am glad for all when he does well but I truly do not believe he is a franchise qb and the Panthers can do better.  He can’t lift the team in his own   Everything has to be perfect.  There is no such thing in the nfl.  I feel the talent is so decimated that they have to stay with him another year..and then, replace him if more of the same  that said, the play calling today was dog poo…pressured  to death by Zimmer and Canales refused to put a TE back there

      If this doesn't some this franchises fans up in one post I don't know what would lololol Water is wet. Career backup incoming. Don't be happy with mediocrity this fan base is always to nice and complacent. Demand a dominate team or nothing. BY will never dominate a game. Accept it on move on. He sucks
