look at the south....Saints trending down.  Falcons trending down.  Bucs basically floating dead in the water with a chance to improve with Baker....but I'd rather have Bryce.

Our GM ain't perfect but he's better than his predecessors.  I believe we had a good draft.  And while we have hung with the Chiefs and Eagles, we have a great position in the draft.  Plus 2 4ths and 3 5ths.

The future is bright.  Improved progress and we can compete for the division title next year.

Hasn't this been the line for years now? Maybe this time it actually happens.

I'm not one that's surprised very often, but the way this team has played lately is a surprise to me. This scrappy team thinks it can win any game, even though the bevy of roster limitations says otherwise. Maybe we didn't win today, but Rocky didn't win against Apollo in the first movie either. But he earned a ton of respect.

There's still the part of me that wants to be cautious, but it looks like there's finally something to look forward to again.

Atleast I’m back to looking forward to Panthers games every week. This team is looking a lot better than all of the other 3 win teams. We have loads of holes, but I’m hoping an elite WR like Tetairoa McMillan falls to us to give BY his first legit WR. Sign FA’s and draft defense with the other picks

After the first few games of this year, I wasn't expecting it but we've genuinely seen it this season.

There's reason for hope, there's something to build on, and I didn't believe either of those things existed going into this year.

We definitely aren't where we would like to be, but the good news is that we also aren't where we thought we'd be.

I'd call that progress.

We sure need to nail the draft this year. If we do The Panthers should make a huge jump next year.

I’m so encouraged by this team I live out of state now and going to see family in Winston Salem for Christmas and now I’m making them go to the Cardinals game with me.  Really hoping to see a win. Last home game I went to was the Lions game where it was in the Teens.

    • Xavier Legette- I think he still has plenty of time to develop. I don't think he will ever be Top 10 in his position but I think he can grow into a very dependable WR for a long time.  Jonathan Brooks- Unfortunately, I think this was a gamble more than anything. Chances are he misses next season too due to injury. I don't think he will ever be what he was drafted to be, maybe he gets healthy and is a Fozzy Whittaker type back in a few years. Trevin Wallace- Showed a lot of flashes, I think he can develop into a solid starter for a while, don't think he's going to be a Morgan, Davis, or Beason. His ceiling is probably James Anderson or AJ Klein.  JT Sanders- TEs usually take a while to develop so we will see. Would still like to see us take one Day 2 this year or next to play along side him. Chau Smith-Wade- Honestly, he looks okay. Don't think he will ever be a superstar but he has made some good plays.  Jaden Crumedy- I don't know, feels like a bust. I know he was hurt the first half of the season but he hasn't really gotten a ton of reps since he's been back, makes me wonder if the coaching staff is lacking confidence in him.  Michael Barrett- Nice job by Morgan trading a 7th rounder straight up for Jackson. Barrett was released by the Seahawks, then signed to Cleveland's PS, and is now sitting on GBs practice squad. Nice win by the GM.
    • Bryce the Sorcerer, like Shang Tsung he comes for the opponent’s souls.
