He cost us the game for sure but he is a rookie. Let’s not forget that theoretically we should have Dionte Johnson out there.

One more round of FA and decent draft and we are competing next year.

We were competing today and we have a good shot of winning if XL catches the ball. We need to get a true number 1 WR in the offseason. That needs to be our top priority.

I'm not Bryce fan, but he has turned a corner since the benching. He prob should have sat all last year too. That said, gotta get more talent at wr. Theilen is his best option. XL has shown flashes but he's a wr2 at best.

They need 2 more playmakers next season. These receivers are not good, except Thielen. Wish he could clock a 4.7 in the 40. But at least he catches the damn ball.

Thielen ran an amazing route to be open on 4th down. Young throws it late, short and behind on a drag route. Ekwonu with an illegal block. Then we also have XL with a huge drop.

All 1st round offensive picks cost the Panthers in the clutch. The old undrafted free agent is the only clutch player of the bunch.

Disappointing to say the least. How many 5 win or less seasons do you need until you realize Young & Ekwonu are huge 1st round disappointments?

Canales' offense is getting receivers open. Need a QB, RB, and LT who can consistently win in the clutch. Add WR to the list when Thielen is gone.

TMJ, Mingo, XL

We have a knack for finding a RAS WR that has absolutely zero fundamentals.

Thats why we should not think twice on TMac. We have a chance at the #1 WR this year, don’t over think it we don’t find diamonds in the rough or late round steals. Draft the damn dude and find your guy.

I mean sure but I’m still gonna call out XL for dropping multiple passes. Since I last replied to you he dropped a walk in 40 yard TD for the win

I still think he can and will be good for us. The problem is he was a raw prospect and nobody has the patience for it and I don't blame anyone for feeling that way.

But again. We have to start asking tough questions of our front office and scouts because this is the second WR we've drafted in two years that has suspect at best hands and a limited sample size of production. We knew this when we drafted them. Morgan was heavily involved in the selection of Mingo too. We can bash these guys all we want but they didn't draft themselves. Folks here need to decide what they want. Morgan has gotten a lot of praise as of late but people need to start asking more questions about our scouting process and why we covet some of the players we do over others.

Young was once again solid and made the potential game winning throw. Just like Chuba blew the game winner last week, Leggette blew this one. Young has been really solid and I was done with him last year. If only we didn’t waste our 1st and 2nd round picks as per usual.

Love how we spent a 2nd rounder on an injured RB and then paid Chuba 20 something million to take every important snap.
