Not sure what I think about Bryce’s business decision on that fumble.

Maybe he knocks it away. Maybe he breaks his arm.

My wife asked why he didn't dive on the fumble and I said "Are you serious? He'll die."

It's encouraging how Bryce is delivering passes under pressure... but it's discouraging that he's taking some heavy shots. Maybe it's just the selection of plays from JT but seems that we've been getting blitzed up the wazoo recently. Still need work on throwing those go routes on the boundaries. Doesn't help our guys aren't that fast at all and still have trouble with separation.

On not diving on the fumble, a painful reminder that Cam's career basically ended going after a Chargers player during an interception return and he messed up his shoulder which never fully recovered. I won't be as upset with QB business decisions when it's only a regular season game when the outcome only affects our draft seeding.

This is the main reason we’re getting blitzed, it’s a simple math equation counting on our guys not getting open fast enough. Bryce did a great job side stepping or avoiding initial pressure, or buying just a little bit of time to make something happen. That’s why I laugh when some people act like Bryce should have 4 TDs and 300 yards a game.  Nobody overrates our receivers like Panthers fans.   Most thought that Diontae Johnson was some weapon and he can’t even sniff the field in Baltimore.

There were actual posters here thinking we’d get a 1st or 2nd round pick for Johnson

Johnson immediately became our WR1 by default and like you said can’t even get on the field in Baltimore. Tylan Wallace and Nelson Agholor are ahead of him on the depth chart lol

Tbf I think he's their #2 maybe if he's there day 1.  Assuming he doesn't throw a poo fit and get kicked off the team for who knows what reason.

But our WR talent, especially with Coker out, is really lacking. We have a bunch of dudes that are 2-4 on most depth charts. XL may get there but he isn't there yet
