99.9 Espn podcast reactions immediately following game

Interesting comments on coaching failures…. Bear in mind this is a podcast so they do try to be somewhat entertaining

1. play calling with the Panthers RBs only having 18 attempts today

2. Evero’s defense allowing 230 plus yards running and particularly in 4th qtr and overtime playing too off the receivers.    To me, that’s status quo with Evero

They said, ‘just wait to see what Saquan does next week to this defense’ paraphrased

3. Fox (not sure why he said Fox when CBS was carrying broadcast) not having a camera facing the opposite way to solidify the call of Thielen’s TD…years ago I remember there being a problem with certain camera angles at the Bank…but with technology today that should’ve been addressed

4 talked about bone headed PF penalty by Farley and Sam Franklin trying to go into bucs locker room…

    • And those teams would lose. ------- I'm no Bryce Stan, but I have problem giving him his due. Sure, he has sucked so bad that his stats pre-benching are dragging what he's been able to do since, particularly the last three games, but to act like he hasn't actually looked like a QB with real promise for the last month is simply dishonest. All of a sudden (or not), certain Huddlers act like they have no concept of improvement---like they're suffering an inability to compartmentalize games or a group of games, or the inability to mentally separate Bryce's play when juxtaposed against the rest of the team. That's what analysis is all about. From my observation over the now decades of being here, I know that some of you can do it better than you're letting on. Just be honest about Bryce's improvement. He still may not be the future, but based upon his improvement the last month, it's rational to say that he just may have earned a chance to at least compete for the job next season. Of course he has to keep improving and show a level of consistency for the remainder of this season...
    • Missed kicks, a fumble, and a defense that breaks at the very worst time killed us
    • Bryce Young has arrived. I haven't been this excited in years.
