We outplayed the Chiefs, we outplayed Tampa. You should be very proud of this team.

If the refs don’t rig the game at halftime we win. Bryce made all the plays necessary to bring it home. This, in spite of our lack of talent in specific areas. We are the best team in the division right now. We are showing that we can beat anyone and you have to proud of that.

Eddie P has been a fraud for a long time and got exposed tonight. He’s another Gano who sucks with the game on the line. The sooner we can replace him the better.

We moved the ball without our best TE and #2 WR.  We have a lot to look forward to here. Tampa has no chance with Coker and Sanders in the line up. We are starting to make teams look bad. And that’s because we are actually a solid team. We’re just not catching the breaks. It will happen and we will be successful. This is a really strong team at full health and strength. Another draft and I think we are the front runners of the division.

Better team lost tonight and Buccaneers fans can eat my poo.

It’s nice watching competitive football but gut wrenching the way we lost the last 2 week. I actually think getting blown out and just knowing we suck made me not stress the outcomes as much. 2 good signings and a solid draft with our 10 picks we could be a .500 football team.

No one thought we were going to win a lot of games with Young this year with a first time head coach but we hoped for progress. Then we got hit with injuries and traded some players  to the point our talent level was a real issue. Given that Canales has made us competitive and really improved Bryce (which is why he was hired) he has really done a good job. We are really on the right path and these guys play for our coaches and each other. Playing Philly and Dallas back to back will be great tests the next 2 weeks.

We're competitive and trending upwards at least. This team reminds me of the 2011-12 team where we're learning how to win. I remember Ron saying then that we were the little brother in the division, but that all little brothers grow up. The team is growing up under Canales and Morgan for sure.

I am over moral victories, Im trying to win some ball games

We need a column for moral victories on the stat sheet. Packers and Chiefs. Bucs last year and this year.

Maybe next season Young can pull out 5 wins & 5 more moral victories.

yeah i didn't stress b/c i turned it off and lost faith in the team. Give me getting screwed over by officials over there. Point is next year. We can still win out and may get lucky to get in. Past two games we have not converted in the red zone and something not going our way.

If we're competitive vs Philly in the same manner we were vs Chiefs and TB... that'll show that we really are trending upward and those two games were not flukes

    • I get what you're saying, and to a large extent I agree, but I'm not sure what our #1 overall pick is supposed to do when good/great throws are hitting WRs/TEs in the hands and they're dropping them. That's been the state of things these last 3-4 weeks. I'm not sure why you're on this crusade to defend every player on this team not named Bryce Young from criticism as if Bryce is the one and only problem on this team.
    • Someone, something, somewhere helped him to get his head right. A knowledge deficit would not have been overcome to this level this quickly. Likewise for physical. His give a damn was shattered. I’m sure Andy has played a large roll, but it’s more than just that. It’s hard to ask for a better mentor. Maybe he’ll open up at some point.
    • "Bryce hater" here and I could be wrong, but his football journey involved him being one of the best players wherever he went, and surrounded by all the best players. I don't know if it's entitlement or overconfidence, but that mindset didn't translate to the NFL. Maybe he put a lot of pressure on himself being the #1 overall pick, but his demeanor his first 18 games of his NFL career exhibited someone who didn't care. Maybe after his benching it gave him some much needed maturity and perspective.  He's definitely a different player on the field now and I hope he continues to grow. I went from team Stroud, to cautiously optimistic Bryce supporter, to cut and trading that fool, to now a Bryce defender. The guy has earned my support by the way he has handled the benching and actually growing from the experience.
