Mason Graham Bandwagon

This team is going nowhere until it can stop the run with any sort of consistency. Sick and tired of getting gashed every single week. Graham next to Brown could be an elite duo for years to come in the middle of our defense. I hear the argument for Hunter or Tet loud and clear, but the run defense is the single biggest hindrance to success for this team right now.

We need a bosa type player. Not a top 10 pick run def. Those can be had later

Need pass rush and to get more ass on the inside for sure. Also would like some LBs with some speed. 
 

In short, we need to draft heavy on the defensive side.

Just depends who is there. If TMac is I don’t think we can pass him up. That’s Jamar Chase type of dude, but if he’s gone or we win a few games and drop into that 10-12 range, I imagine we look heavily into DL.

Either or but I’m leaning towards Graham because run stuffing with pass rush would be a big time difference maker. I’m leaning Graham but Carter from Penn State can’t complain about either one.

If youre drafting in a top 10 and already have an elite run stuffer, i dont think you want another run stuffer in then top 10. You can get plenty of them in R2-R4.

I'd love him but Bryce is turning a corner we need to invest in him get him his Mike Evans in TMac. Go all out in FA on D and round 2 and beyond for all I care. Plus bring in a true field stretcher like Slayton

Yes yes and YES!  Gashing running plays hurt my soul. I am 100% on the Graham band wagon. Him and brown would be a great tandem.

Drafting a DT in the top 5 when we already have Derick Brown is not smart imo.  We need WR, DE, CB. T-MAC, Abdul Carter or Will Johnson

Javon Hargrove could be a cap casualty in San Fran. Trade for him and select T Mac or Burden depending on where we land in draft order. 
 

Or figure out a way to trade for Hargrave & sign Higgins. Then we can select Travis Hunter or the best EDGE rusher with our first pick and make a playoff run in 2025.
