I was mocked for saying this when they clearly tanked vs us.

 

The Giants DB literally had an easy interception in the 1st half and the he dude just swatted the ball down despite being in position for the INT.

They're just this bad. Daboll is fuging atrocious and the team is abysmal. Dabolls job is on the line... They've quit. This isn't even tanking, they just have no talent left... Their best player may be Brian Burns and we all remember how that goes lol.

The players have given up.  The coach gave up.  I suppose that is tanking of a sort.  I wonder if Dione will let his son play for the Giants.

Too early to say Wonnum>Burns? I doubt he'll keep getting 1 sack a game but he's a better finisher and more useful in run support as well it seeems. Same height, 8 pounds heavier

To me, tanking is deliberately losing for draft position.  That isn't what appears to be happening - Daboll knows he's about to lose his job and his players just don't give a poo lol

My suspicion is that he'll be more consistent as an overall player but have fewer splash plays.
