Icky is having a great year and played better at LT than Christensen.

Mayes at C over Christensen is the headscratcher to me.

BC struggled a bit vs Giants--but he is a solid, valuable backup.  I liked him at C, and do not understand the Mays move--maybe a nagging injury?

Brady can play all the spots on the line so having him as a backup makes sense.

A lineman that can backup both center and LT is worth his weight in gold. Those are 2 of the most crucial positions in the team. Please retain Brady. 

Hunt’s mentorship of Ickey is, and will continue to pay off in spades. In the next 1-2 years, he’ll be a top 5 LT.

Mayes has a weight advantage at Center.  Christensen’s versatility is valuable but better on the outside than the interior IMO. Mays can also play multiple spots along the interior. I think we’re in the best position we’ve been in years with the OL.

Hoping Cade can be our center moving forward, and I can't believe I'm saying that.  Also would pay Brady to replace Moton either next year or after.  Still want to draft an OL every year.

I’d still prefer Ickey @ G but would be ecstatic if this panned out. I’m still concerned that he’ll continue to struggle with speed rushers. Not sure why we don’t use more TE sets to help him on the blindside.

Hunt would be having a pro bowl season if he was on a playoff team. And Lewis will be here another 2 years with that contract he got. I don’t think at this point guard is an option in the near future.

I’m hoping Moton will retire a Panther. He’s been a steady presence on that OL for years and it would be ashamed to let him go.

I imagine starting Cade Mays has everything to do with him already being under contract next season and Christensen not.

If they feel like the performance level is similar, they probably want to see if Mays can play well enough down the stretch to win the starting job going into next season.

Plus, yeah, Brady Christensen is an excellent depth player given he can play literally every position on the OL at a solid level. Personally, I'd like to see us extend him regardless just for that alone.

He might legitimately be the most versatile OL in the league.

Agreed. Taylor Moton has been the only consistently reliable high quality player we've had in the Tepper era that has stuck around.

Icky needs to stay at LT. Brady is the moving piece we need to bounce all over. keep him doing that and keep Mays at center. 

you need to keep BC free to move around.
